Hydria lived in Godiva for over 20 million years, so she's one Gigantic Hydra but since Hydra's poison worth s much in market, as the last Hydra, human keeps bugging her for her poison so one day Iriador came by and gave her the ability to transform in to a Human form, Sexy one too LOL... anyway after Iriador's death, Hydria was left alone so she begged to Enfer to send her somewhere saved from Human hand so she got sent to Terranos and Met the Pirate Kelzis.

About Heb-kun... he was on Hydria's back since 20 million years ago too... sucking off her blood makes him immune to any Poison.. He was the only sea hail on her back because his strong love kicked all the other sea hail out so immagin how powerful his fang and claws are xD Also he begged Enfer to give him the human form so he can be with Hydria xD!!! So Cute! so he's everywhere Hydia is lol
